Rob Regan-Pollock (AMP)
Rob became a mortgage broker in 1994 after a 10 year career as an airline pilot. Originally from Montreal, he speaks French fluently. With a martial arts and ski-pro background these days Rob plays golf and enjoys the great outdoors when not in the office.

Francine Regan-Pollock (AMP)
Francine is Rob’s wife and joined Team RRP in 2002. Prior to this she worked for global IT company in the field of airline transportation. A Vancouverite, she enjoys seawall walking and Pilates. Her interests include, local food, reading and travelling.> Email Francine
Wendy Hennecke (AMP)
Wendy joined Team RRP in 2007. Prior to being a broker she worked with a major Canadian bank for 15+ years. She is originally from Edmonton. She spends time out of the office being a full on mom, enjoying the company of friends and the great outdoors.> Email Wendy
Steve Nipius (AMP)
Steve joined Team RRP in 2008. Before this he worked for a mortgage bank. He was born and raised in Maple Ridge. When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring Canada, working out, skating and rollerblading.> Email Steve
Allan Hoegg (AMP)
Allan joined Team RRP in 2003. He retired for about 10 minutes in 2007 returning part time later that year. He has enjoyed a career in Financial Services and is originally from Calgary. He enjoys time with his family and grand children when not in the office.> Email Allan
Tyler Wilson (AMP)
Tyler joined Team RRP in 2010. Born in Toronto and raised in Vancouver, Tyler has a love for this city and everything that it has to offer. When he is not in the office he enjoys basketball and snowboarding as well as volunteering with a local animal rescue society.> Email Tyler
Damon Steele (AMP)
Damon joined Rob's team in 2010. His professional background includes years of experience as a financial advisor specializing in investment and credit advisory for major banks and credit unions. In his spare time Damon will be found toiling in Vancouver recording studios, playing bass and making albums.> Email Damon
Karen Hui
Karen joined Team RRP in 2007. She obtained her broker’s license in 2009. Before coming over to Rob’s Team she worked for a global bank. She’s originally from Hong Kong and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. Her hobbies include singing in a choir.> Email Karen
Adam Heatlie
Adam joined Team RRP in 2010 after working with one of the Big 5 banks for nearly 12 years, most recently in the mortgage field. He was raised in Calgary and loves everything about Vancouver. In his downtime, Adam enjoys cycling, hockey and playing guitar.> Email Adam
